"The Tomato Ace, `Lycopersicon lycopersicum,' produces five to six inch tomatoes weighing in at seven to eight ounces each. This is an old favorite that features excellent tomato flavor and is also great for canning. The yields produces by this plant are especially large for such a big fruit. Ace is a low acid tomato and an intermediate, meaning that it will continue to grow indefinitely until the first fall frost. This variety requires at least six hours of direct sunlight daily. These plants should be pruned in order to keep a single stem."
