It has bright green new growth in the spring, deep green foliage in the summer, bronze-green foliage in the autumn and a unique bronze-purple color in the winter. This is an excellent ground cover with compact, dense foliage. Commonly used as a foundation plant, in rock gardens and as a groundcover, the Andorra Compaca can be pruned in early summer if shaping is required or desired."
