"The Bleeding Heart Aurora, `Dicentra formosa,' is a fast growing perennial. The creamy white, heart shaped flowers look just wonderful against the grayish foliage. The flowers will bloom from May to September, and will attract butterflies. The plants grow to a height of fourteen inches with a spread of twenty inches. This plant is tolerable of heat, but should not be allowed to dry out. The soil must be kept constantly moist. This plant can be used for cut flowers, in mass, or in potter containers. This old fashioned plant belongs in every garden or landscape."
