"The Baboon Flower, `Babiana Stricta,' produces a lovely mix of flower colors. This spring planted corm has fragrant, cup-shaped flowers that open and form in an open spike. The flowers will open successively from the lowest to the top. Great for containers, a Baboon Flower looks somewhat like a gladiolus, but the blooms are much smaller."
