"The Salvia Blue Hills, `Salvia nemorosa Blauhugel,' features glowing purple stems that are loaded with true blue flowers from June through October. It grows to a height of fifteen inches with a spread of up to two feet and is very compact. Its gray-green aromatic foliage makes a wonderful accent during the summer. This plant is hardy for container gardening, as well as providing excellent cut flowers. Its blooms look fantastic next to Sedum `Matrona,' Achillea `Coronation Gold,' and Salvia `Snow Hill.'"
