Very attractive, these members of the Rex Begonias family will grow wonderfully with less sunlight and cooler temperatures, which will really bring out the color in their leaves, and excessive light will cause the color to fade. The soil should be well drained. In zones nine through eleven, these plants can also be used as perennials."
