"The Sweet Pea Bouquet Blend, `Lathyrus odoratus,' features one to three inch flowers in shades of purple, rose, white, pink, blue, scarlet, cream and salmon. This variety was developed with longer, heavier stems and larger flowers. These plants are used for cut flowers and for covering fences and walls with proper support. Sweet peas bloom in the spring, and the length of the flowering period will depend on the weather. For warmer climates, plant the seeds in October through January to ensure a spring bloom.
