"The Phlox Bright Eyes, `Phlox paniculata,' is a great performer in borders, rock gardens and flowerbeds. This spring planted herbaceous root produces a large amount of lovely, bright pink flowers. Cutting back old flower stems will help to encourage a prolonged blooming period. The plants should be placed in a fertile, well draining soil that is given a constant supply of moisture.
