"The Pepper Bell California Wonder, `Capsicum,' is sweet and flavorful, and is commonly grown in areas with short climates. This excellent stuffing pepper is also tasty enough to be added to salads and other dishes. California Wonder peppers are excellent for colder climates, and in regions with longer season climates, the peppers will fade to a bright red after green. This pepper has more vitamin C than an orange. Pinching off about half of the flowers will greatly help in increasing fruit size."
