"The Corkscrew Willow Tree, `Salix matsudana Tortuosa,' is a deciduous tree with an upright, spreading habit that grows to about thirty feet with a spread of fifteen feet. This small to medium-sized tree has wonderfully contorted and twisted branches and twigs, giving it a wonderful ornamental appearance. It will tolerate any soil, especially wet locations and those with poor drainage. This fast growing tree has narrow, light green leaves. The Corkscrew Willow is also known as the Dragon's Claw Willow."
