The firm, large berries are resistant to cracking and are produced earlier than other varieties. This variety has a good tolerance of cold weather. Popular with both commercial and home growers, Earliblue is an open and upright bush that will exhibit lovely burgundy fall color. Blueberry plants grow their best in acidic soils."
