"The Euonymus Emerald Gaiety, `Euonymus f. Emerald Gaiety,' has a dense, erect habit and is perfect for a small hedge or foundation planting. Its foliage is deep green, with sparkling white edges that will become tinged with pink in the winter months. This hedge can become a climber if it is supported. It grows best in full sunlight, but it will be able to grow under some shade. This pretty hardy plant will not tolerate heavy wind. Its somewhat insignificant flowers are followed by very showy, inedible red berries."
