"The Golden Ingot Ivy, `Hedera helix,' will be able to fill a pot fairly quickly. The foliage is triangle-shaped and variegated, featuring an overall lemon-yellow color with gray splotches and an emerald green rim. It is a dainty, elegant and compact variety that is cold hardy down to minus 20 F. It is easy to grow and moderately self-branching. This noninvasive ivy can be grown in full sunlight to almost full shade. It was named Ivy of the Year in 2003 by the American Ivy Society."
