Hancock Coralberry

Sym. chenaultii Hancock

"The Hancock Coralberry, `Symphoricarpos x chenaultii,' will tolerate a wide range of soil types. It is actually very easy to grow in average, medium wet, well draining soils in either full sun or partial shade. It is a dwarf hybrid cultivar that forms a low-growing, spreading deciduous shrub. It typically grows to from 1 to 1 « feet in height, and its arching branches will not root where they touch the ground. Its dark green leaves grow to almost an inch in length. Its stems are laden with berries during the winter, and they can be cut and added to indoor floral arrangements."
