Lakemont (White) Grape

Vitis vinifera 'Lakemont'
"The Lakemont Grape (White), `Vitas vinifera Lakemont,' is a very winter hardy plant, and its fruits can be used for table or commercial uses. The fruits produced by this spring planted herbaceous root are grown in large clusters of small to medium, seedless white grapes. These are non-slipskin grapes, which means that the flesh will tend to attach itself to the skin. Lakemont grapes are delicious when eaten fresh, and have a very honey taste. The vines may be ornamental, and can be used as shade or screen plants in the landscape."
