Summer Pastel Yarrow

Achillea sibirica

"The Yarrow Summer Pastel, `Achillea sibirica,' features aromatic, fern-like foliage that is silvery to gray green in color. This Yarrow blooms from June through September with a wide range of flower colors, and will provide excellent color to any garden throughout the summer months. The flower heads are very large, often as wide as four inches, and can range be pink, rose, orange red, purple, gray, salmon or mauve. Deadheading will encourage more growth. Its foliage will maintain its strong, spicy aroma even when it has dried. This plant easily attracts butterflies, and is deer and rabbit resistant. It was an All American Selections Winner in 1990."
