"The Helipsos Summer Sun Sunflower, `Heliopsis helianthiodes,' provides the perfect combination of large, orange yellow flowers and dark green foliage. The extended blooming season lasts from July until the first frost. This plant will reach a height of four feet with a spread of up to two feet. This is an easy to grow perennial that will attract butterflies. The flowers are slow to appear, but will persist long after other plants have finished flowering. This deer resistant plant is the perfect addition to island beds or in the back of borders."
