Coreopsis 'Tequilla Sunrise'

"The Coreopsis Tequila Sunrise, `Coreopsis verticillata,' is a very prolific bloomer and features cream to yellow flowers with a red eye. They are in the Tickseed family, and will flower from June through October. The plants have a height of one foot with a spread of up to one foot. They should be cut back during early and late summer to encourage an extended blooming period. The foliage is variegated olive green and thread leafed, which contrasts nicely with the flowers. This plant looks great with any type of grass, in borders or mass planting, and requires a sunny location."
