"The Tilton apricot is the worlds leading variety for use in freezing, drying and canning. Tilton apricots are very unique looking and one of the most flavorful of all apricots. The apricots are recognized as having a slightly flatter shape with a suture line that runs halfway around the fruit. This tender and juicy fruit has a sweet to tart flavor and is a longtime favorite. This tree is vigorous and bloom very early, with the fruit ripening in late June or early July.
