"The Vanilla Ice Sunflower, `Helianthus debilis,' produces unique and large, five to eight inch flowers that are off-white in color. Vanilla Ice sunflowers are multi-flowered and drought tolerant. However, they will require considerable moisture for full flowering. This variety of sunflower will grow on almost any soil, and has florist quality cut flowers. They can also be used for border plantings."
