"The Veronica White Icicle, `Veronica spicata,' is also known by the common name of Speedwell. This is an easy to grow perennial flower that will add beauty to any garden. It is an upright perennial that produces wonderful white flowers that last from June through September, and will reach a height of fifteen inches and a spread of up to eighteen inches. Deadheading flowers after the first bloom can encourage an extended bloom time. This is a great plant for the beginner gardener, and is deer resistant."
